I have just had to replace a set of general tires after only 18,000 miles.
The Dealer told me the belts were coming lose and out of the tires. I want
to file a formal complaint with the Attorney General,Department of consumer
affairs State of TN regarding this matter Can you help me ? My car is less
than 1 year old.
