1996 Plymouth GV - Michelin MX4 Good Idea?

I own a 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager, live in Wisconsin, and am looking for a good all season tire that will provide smooth ride, and good snow traction during winter.

I'm considering Michelin MX4. Anyone have experience with this tire? Any recommendations for this or other tire would be appreciated.
