The tires are constructed exactly the same. The differnce is cosmetic only. Several years back, Michelin, in response to numerous dealer complaints about the club stores superior buying power and ability to give lower prices on the same tire, decided to create different models to be sold at different outlets. This allows for a more fair competitive environment. But, this has also led dealers to give misinformation about the club stores tires as seconds, or defects. This is all untrue. The xradial plus is the same as the xone, and it is usually priced better because the club stores have better buying power. I would get the xradail plus.
