I have sold tires at a sears auto center for five years. the viper hx is manufactured by cooper tires, and it has been my personal experience that cooper tires are of inferior quality. however, for a speed rated tire, the warranty on the viper hx cannot be beat. also, nobody, and i mean nobody, can beat the follow-up service and care that sears provides
