14 inch Dunlop D60 A2 problems?

I have been reading a lot about prior problems with Dunlop's D60 A2 tires with respect to sidewall leakage.
I have been looking at getting the "New" A2's for my Jetta (195-60-14) because Dunlop had added a special metal bead to combat the leakage problem. However, in reading their literature, it seems that this bead is only implemented on the 15 and 16 inch tires.
Am I going to have "flat" problems with this 14 inch tire, or have the problems been ironed out?
Please let me know your feelings and recommendations.
