I have a '95 Accord LX with 120k (yes, 120k) miles - I replaced the original at 70k miles with Michelin XH4 - they have just discontinued XH4, so you may find a set somewhere(try TIRERACK - check their website). XH4 is a great tire - low noise, high mileage (guaranteed 80k), excellent dry, wet and snow traction ( I live in Wisconsin...). My next choice would be Michelin X-One: my uncle has them on his 95 Camry in Ohio(with 100k miles)- great for dry and wet traction; decent snow traction, too.
As for the size (195 or 185 - it depends on the wheel - the EX usually has a larger wheel than the LX or DX). I moved from 185/70R14 to 195/70R14 - better handling and road grip, but DEPENDING on the tread, could reduce snow traction. The XH4 is great, though. Let me know if you have more questions - I did a lot of research recently for my Acura Integra tires, too.
