Falken Tires are noisy

I have tried Falken tires on Mazda 121 and Mercedes Benz 200E and in both cases the tires started to be noisy after about 3 months of use. In both cases, I have verified that everything else was in order - tire alignment, suspension and etc... Typically I travel commute a total of 80 km a day. Anyone out there share the same experience? Perhaps the manufacturer should do something about it, rather then claim that their tires are quiter - that's false advertising!
