Grand Cherokee Tires: Good Year HP???

I have a '96 Grand Cherokee Limited with Goodyear Eagle LS on them, and they are wearing out fast (28k miles). I like the looks of the Goodyear Wrangler HP on the '98 GC, how do they perform (noise, rain, snow, etc) and how many mile is everyone getting out of them?????? Thanks.
