H or V Rating? Is it worth $25/tire?

I am going to purchase new Michelin Energy MXV4s for my '93 Legend.
They come in H and V speed rated versions.
The V rated is $25 more per tire.
I know what speed rating means, but is it worth it for an average driver?
Need advice.
