Need advice on tires and rims size for 94 integra

I got stock 195/60r14 on my integra. I plan to replace soon with
16" rims and 205 tires but, I don't want to make any mods to stock suspension
and height. I am looking for any advice on size of tires I should get which will
not affect sppedo or odometer too much.
