Although not a true high performance tire, the BFG Radial T/A will last just about forever if cared for.
I bought a set of P195/60-13 BFGs in the Spring of 1989. The tires were transferred to my mother's Honda
CRX after my SCCA Civic was totalled (I was in Germany, in the Army). Granted, my mother
rotates, balances, and aligns the tires on her car on a good schedule, but she just replaced those tires
last Fall. The tires were starting to have slight dry-rot (small cracking), but had 60% tread left.
