'98 PORSCHE BOXTER TIRE FAULT

I am looking for anyone else who has had a problem with their Porsche Peeling Tires from the rim. I rescently rolled a 1998 Porsche Boxter into a ditch 3 time because of tire failure and needless to say the car is totaled. I need any information to anyone else having problems with Bidgestone or Pirelli tires. Any information would help in our argument against Porsche. Thanks for your time,
