What nebraska sells is most likely defective tires, which are severely out of balance, or
have some other undesirable characteristic. They even said they were as much as 10% worn,
probably being that after the 30 day ride warranty, somebody returned the tires, and they
were shipped out to the wholesalers. I would be very cautious in dealing with them.
