Nitto NT 450 Extreme -VS- Pirelli P700 Z for 94' Integra GS-R

My 94' Acura Integra GS-R's stock michelin tire has been killed for 34000 miles and I
like to buy new set of tires. I went to few local tire shops for some advises and they
told me to get either Nitto NT 450 or Pirelli P700 Z in my wallet range (thinking to
spend around $400). So I just wanted to ask guys out there who knows about these tires.
Also if you have other tire to recomment me please do. Thanks =)
