Had exact same problem. Also P-Zero's have lousy treadwear (140). I priced out 16" rims from
Tirerack (www.tirerack.com) but I would have to go through about 4 sets of P-Zero's before
it amortized out (and besides who wants 16" rims when you have 17's ?). So what I did was
buy the Perreli P7000 Super Sports in the 215/45ZR17 size for $145/tire with tax at
Discount Tire (Tirerack's price was $149 delivered so i told Discount to beat it and they
did). Results: 1.MUCH MUCH better performance on snow. 2. Better ride less, bumpy but...
3. Not the performance of the P-Zero's. Face it the P-Zeros are awsome on dry roads, the
Super Sports are good but they feel a little more milky on corners and sharp turns. Still I don't
