Best 13" 70 Series Tires for Racing

Could somebody give me some advice on what tires to
use on my race car. It is a 1850 pound, open wheel,
with a 225 HP engine. I race a 1/3 mile paved oval
with flat straight aways and 11 degree banks. My class
limits me to 13" 70 series DOT approved tires.

Please help me.
