Help! Sticky replacement for Eagle GA

Hi.
I'm looking for a sticky, quiet and moderately-priced replacement for GoodYear Eagle GA 225/60R16 97S for my 94 Cutlass Supreme. I don't know boo about tires except that the ones I have slide too much when I push the limits speeding around corners. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
