Has anyone had any experience with these tires? I am looking for a set in 225/40 ZR18 size and from all the brands I have checked out, these are the cheapest ones. The Kumho's are just a few dollars more per tire, but the Hercules tires have a higher tread wear. I know Kumho has an excellent reputation for performance and durability, but the Hercules G5000Z tires look good and would like to hear any reviews about them.

I own a set of the above mentioned tires. The G5000Z tires perform very well in dry and wet conditions and I would recommend these tires to anyone looking for high performance at a very affordable price. I got a set on my RSX type S and the handling and grip during launch is much better than I had expected from these tires. I have owned many high performance tires before and the Herculese are definately one of the best sets I have owned. Actually the best ever if you factor in the great price and excellent treadwear.
