When the car starts moving, the car feels like swaying. It stays this way until and improve somewhat at 55mph or higher. I can feel the steering vibration when it is swaying. The tires have proper pressure but I notice a dimble on the side of the tire on each of the tire. My question is: are the tires warped???

more likely worn shocks, struts, u joints, ball joints, springs etc... have it checked out
