Monty323My Emergency Brake light and ABS light are both on constantly. I took the car (a 95 Pontiac Grand Am) to a GMC dealer, and they said that the problem was that my Rear ABS motor had gone out and that it had to be replaced, but this replacement would cost well over 500 dollars. I opted not to have it repaired yet. (1) Is a dealership going to be the only place that can repair this (or can I do it)? (2) Is there any danger is me driving my car, other than the ABS isn't working?
