You will probably find that you need to get a tire that is identical to the latest Original Equipment tire to get low noise.
OE tires generally have the lowest noise.

This is assuming that your vehicle doesn't have some unique characteristics which isn't a good assumption as most cars are sensitive to some frequencies and less sensitive to others. Since each car is different it is almost impossible to be sure that what is quietest for one model car will also be the quietest for another model.
