In a year I've had to replace two 245 40 ZR 17 MXX3 Pilot SX tires made by Michelin. The BMW dealer just shook his head and said they could do nothing because on OEM tires Michelin is responsible to service and honor the warranty. The dealer manager did tell me not to hold my breath though. The BMW dealer was right. Michelin not only ignored my plea they were rude about it. Guess what, I am now shopping for a set of new tires and under no circumstances will I buy Michelin. Hopefully Michelin will get the picture before they find themselves in deep trouble with a very bad reputation !!!!!
