Firehawk SH30's for '95 Maxima?

I'm ready to plunk down some money to replace the worn-out Potenza RE92's on my '95 Maxima GLE and am leaning toward the Firestone Firehawk SH30's based on the Tire Rack's salesman's recommendations and one or two favorable comments in the BBS.

Does anyone have negative personal experiences with this tire? I'm looking for a quiet ride, good wet weather characteristics, and decent dry performance. I don't push the car hard, but do want competent, confidence-inspiring routine handling, with good emergency handling should it become necessary.

I understand the Potenza RE930's are a good tire in this category but are noisier. Any comments?

Thanks.

Arwe
