I am having trouble getting satisfaction from either the Dodge dealer or the local Michelin dealer. According to the local Goodyear dealer, there is a technical bulletin on Chrysler, Dodge and Plymouth minivans with original equipment Michelins on 16 in rims. They may (and mine has)develop a low speed (under 30 mph) vibration that you can feel and see through the steering wheel. According to the Michelin 800 Customer Service Desk, it is a Chrysler problem, and the dealer must confirm the problem and call Michelin to set up a replacement. The Dodge dealer's response was to go see the Michelin dealer. They both deny the existence of a service bulletin. Does anyone know anything about this mysterious service bulletin?
