You are all wrong. Manufacturers base the tires on the maximum speed of the car (150 hp cars will do approx. 130 mph). All cars have a known maximum speed and the question is will you ever reach it. If your car is capable of greater than 130 mph and you anticipate reaching it someday get the V, if not H is fine. Sorry, but it's that simple.
