I personally wouldn't recommend the D60....I have them on a Ford Escort GT and have not been happy with them in rain or snow. I originally had the Goodyear GT+4 and they performed a lot better. I switched because a consumer magazine recommended them plus they were a lot cheaper...what a waste.
In the rain I have to be extra careful because it will slid into the next lane...they break too easy accelerating from a stop. I have to use 3rd gear to start in the snow. The Escort GT is not known for its torque so I don't think that is the problem. My wife has noticed the same problem and she is a very easy going driver.
I'm currently looking for a better tire....in rain and snow.....any suggestions?
