A little water should not be a major problem. A LOT of water could lead to drastic changes in tire pressures, which could cause problems.
To the untrained eye a couple of ounces may seem like a quart. If the installation was done at a reliable tire retailer, you should be O.K.
I think we have a minor word error here, I believe you have aluminun wheels, not tires. No insult intended....Have a nice day.
