If I can make another suggestion...why not change your tire size at the same time. While keeping the same 15" rim, you could upgrade to a slightly wider tire with a lower aspect ratio. These two factors (width, aspect ratio) do not by themselves make a difference...what makes the biggest difference is that tire manufacturers' offerings in these sizes are usually of higher performance than the 205/65R15's which were standard fitment on your car.

Check out the tire size calculator's URL below. I would recommend a 215/60HR15 for your car. My personal experience (I had a '93 Camry V6 Sport) is that you get what you pay for in tires. The top name brands (Michelin, Yokohoma, Goodyear, Pirelli, etc.) should have the tire that would be a good match to your driving needs.
