WOAH!! I suggest staying away from the Blizzak if your current tires squeal-- Is it they squeal when you turn corners?
The blizzak is a great ice and snow tire but is very poor in dry handling, and would wear out in no time on pavment.
The rubber is very soft. =( Does your quest have General tires on it now? if so, that is (in my opinion) your problem.
Try a good all season tire. Don't but the cheapest one out there. try calling the Tire Rack or Discount tire direct.
Their phone #'s are in most automotive magazines. (car&driver, Road&track...) Even if you only call for advice.
I personally like Pirelli tires myself. Dunlop, michelin, and others make good tires too.
I can't say I like Firestone, because my Saturn had Firestone Firehawk GTX tires, and they were very poor in wet & snow.
The Pirelli tires I have are much better. (not to say all firestone tires are bad.)
