I have 1 vehicle with Blizzak and they are great! Last winter I was travelling the steepest of hills on some of the worst winter days, I had no problem. Keep in mind that the Blizzak will "stick to ice" for only the first 55% of their tread life which is made of a special compound. Once this wears down, the remaining compound is equivalent to an all season radial. I have also owned Yokohama tires and found them to be of excellent quality, although I have not owned a pair of Guardex
