Depends on what class your in. If you want to stay in the "closer to stock" type classes I would recommend the R1. The carcass shape gives you a bit of negative camber. It is sort of a cheater way to get more neg camber but it works.... Hoosiers seem to be preferred when you get into liberal suspension mods. (3.5+ neg camber) Hoosiers go about 2 heat cycles then are done. Kumho's seem to be what allot of the BMWCCA and MBCA people are going to now that the R1's are hard to find/get. Anyone have any experience with the Nitto 555R?
