More than likely, since the large size was optional, you should have no problems going up to the large size. Especially if it was a dealer option, because then it was just an option where they get you to pay some more money and then put the larger tires on right there. It would cost Ford too much to have to make different size wheelwells on otherwise identical vehicles (of course, 4x4 versus 4x2 is much different!) so 99% sure that the wheelwells on your vehicle are the same as the ones with the optional size. Want to get that extra 1% sure? Call up the nearby Ford dealer, and if they give you any kind of service, they should be able to tell you pretty quickly...especially since there is not much difference between those two sizes (in a grand scheme).
