Give the rims a good rinsing with water. I had some chrome dipped rims (which I hate) that started bubbling because I forgot to rinse off the dirt and road salt. I recently found that this is a common problem with chromed rims, especially where the tire contacts the rim because the bubbling causes the tire to leak air. If you live in California, you probably don't have to worry about that, though. BTW, anyone interested in 15" X 6.5", 20mm offset chromed rims?
