GS-R Rims for a Civic

I'm planning to purchase
GS-R rims (195/55/15).
I currently have the stock
rims (185/65/14). Would
switching to the GS-R rims
pose any problems? I'm
thinking there wouldn't be
a problem, since Integra and
Civics are similar. What
