Your blown out sidewall was most likely not the fault of the tire. It is extreemly rare with todays tire technology for this to happen with out something causing it, and the causes are multiple. Your slow leaks however are a different story. In 1995 the D60A2 was completely redesigned and one of the major components was the Bead, or the part of the tire that attaches to the wheel. That corrected the usual bead/wheel area leak that was common on the D60A2. If that was where your leaks occured - explained. If not it again is normal or probable that a tire just leaks all by itself.

The new D60A2 compared to the P600 is a hands down winner. There is no comparison! The D60A2 rides better, handles better, is quieter and better in the wet.

What more could you want from a tire. I have driven both and wouldn't have any other tire.
