There is only one tire in the market who could meet all the requirement you need:

NOKIAN NRW H-RATED WINTER TIRE.

Very precise handling (as good as any H-Rated hi-performance tire), 1600 sipes with
silica compound, directional tread pattern for slush and snow traction, and on top
of that, many many times seen 65.000 KM.

If you can find on the market a tire who can match those caracteristics, buy it, the
NOKIAN NRW-H does!
