BFGoodrich Comp T/A ZR4 (Uniroyal/Michelin) tires have proven to me that I should have replaced the Goodyears on my Vette with Acme Specials or the Goodyears it came with. In the past year I have had 5 flats from screws/nails and 1 almost through the thread screw. I’ve had more flats in the past year, the latest this morning, with my BFGs than I had total for the 30 years previous to buying BFGs. I think I’m going back to Kelly Chargers which I used for 12 years without a flat on 3 different Trans Ams.
