If you want a true comparison both from a performance stand point and price with tire's you have got listed you need to change the compared Dunlop to the D40M2. The D40M2 technilogicaly is the equivilant of the Bridgestone & the Yokohama. The SP8000 is a step above both as well as the D40M2. If it's a price issue look at the D40M2. If it's a performance issue stick with the SP8000. And that not just high performance "go fast" either, it's ride quality, noise levels, potential mileage ( but remember, if a tire handles better and you utilize it's ability you will be driving it harder and may not realize any increased mileage because of it) wet traction, and overall handling ability. The SP8000 is a winner. Just for kicks - They have a new tire out also - the Dunlop SP9000. Again increases in all of the above attributes as well as price, but "you get what you pay for" is a reality with tires.
