If you ask me, borbets are german wheels so therefor borbet would be best for german cars. Since your Civic HB by Honda is by a Japanese manufacter , go w/ japanese brand wheels. I have seem Civic roaming around my city w/ SpeedStarRacing "SSR" GP0 15" 16" & some w/ 17"inch. SSR GP0 are made forge and they only come in a 3piece system, they can cost a pretty penny,"nothing more than $2500. w/ tires for 17s".Other than SSR, they are many other japanese wheels company out there like Racing Hart, Volk Racing"Rays Wheels", Mugen"Honda Specialist",Zaptor,Milano ect...... my honest opinion is that DON'T GO W/ 14" WHEELS, they re TOO small and 3piece japanese wheels are always better for japanese cars. If you have any question feel free to ask me, I may not work in a wheel warehouse but I had gone though 5 different set of wheels. Oh and Borbet are a good brand of wheels but its something I would put on a Volkswagon GTi.
