My wife has a '96 Civic EX, and when we replace her (lousy) OEM Firestones, I plan to get Goodyear RSAs. They do sell them in 185/65 14, and probably in the size you're looking for too. It's a relatively new tire, which is generally a good thing, from a respected manufacturer. Also, I read most car magazines, and notice that reviewers seem to give a good review of the tires when they happen to be on a car they're driving, describing them as "grippy". Good luck!
