Michelin sells about twelve billion dollars worth of tires each year.
( Lets say they spend $ 50,000,000 a year on worldwide advertisement divided by 200,000,000 tires (thats 12 000 000 000 divided by an approximate average sale price of $60
That ads up to 25 cents per tire!!!!
So even if my figures are very rough, there's no way they are going to charge you 25 bucks because they have an agressive worldwide marketing strategy.
The simple fact is that they make state of the art tires, just like Bridgestone, Dunlop, Pirelli, Yokohama, Goodyear and others do.

So don't believe everything a tire salesman tells you.d
