36 " rubber on '93 4Runner

Hey there ,

If anyone else has put huge rubber on their 4Runner , let me know about it .. I have a 4 inch suspension lift with 255/85R16's , and they feel great , but I'd like to switch to 305/85R16's for the long winter .. Any input on changing the ring and pinion would also be appreciated ...
