I think you'll find that if you increase your search to tires that are rated
higher than H, you will have more choices. There are a lot of choices if you
are willing to pay for a V or Z rated tire. I used to use Dunlop SP4000s on
my Prelude VTEC in 205/55/15, they weren't great in snow, but they got me through
the Pennsylvania winter which is probably worse than the New Mexico one. You
don't have NTB down there? They are a good source of Falken (what I have now).
