Fireshawk SH30

I'm very confused and wondering if anyone has any experience with SH30's. I'm looking for a smooth, quiet, but performance oriented tire that's also good on snow. (I want it all - who doesn't?) For a rear wheel drive Infinity. Anyway, Firestone seems to be promoting these as less of a compromise than older technology. Sounds like the MXV4's may have consistency problems with some people loving them and quiet a few hating all Michelins.

Thoughts? Advice?
