I had the Dunlop 4000s on the front of my Prelude VTEC and they wore out
in under 10,000 miles. Admittedly, I didn't rotate them because I didn't
want the Michelins back on the front. I put the Falkens on yesterday (see
Josh Martin's message) and love them! Yes, I changed tire size, but
the difference is too big for that to be the only factor. The tires stick
so well that I have to change the way I drive - I am getting a go-kart
like response with them on. In terms of wear, buy the tires through NTB
(yes, they carry them) and you get a 30,000 warranty on them. I got over
$100 back on my Dunlops when I purchased the Falkens thanks to that deal.
How the Falkens do in the wet remains to be seen, the weather here has
been really nice recently.
