Yes, Uniroyal is a subsidiary of Michelin. The parent company is actually MAST,
which stands for Michelin America Small Tires. They consist of Michelin, B.F. Goodrich
and Uniroyal. Don't assume that a Uniroyal product is as good as a Michelin, however.
They manufacture and distribute totally different quality tires.
