I recently upgraded my 1991 Infiniti Q45 to 16x8 BBS RZII wheels outfitted with 245/50ZR16 tires. I purposefully avoided 17 inch wheels to maintain a more stock appearance. I coupled the tire/wheel upgrade with tokico shocks, eibach springs, a factory rear stabilizer bar, and a front strut tower brace from Stillen. I have been extremely happy with the results, and recently found an unbelievable deal through the Tire Rack: Michelin Pilot MXX3 tires in 245/50ZR16 for only $129 each - these are OEM on the BMW M3 and normally cost twice as much.
