I just bought Eagle GW-2 which are very soft and channel the water perfect. The traction
is amazing but the tread will disapear quick. This is like any tire, the softer the tire
the better the traction, the easier it will disapear on you. I just got back on a trip and was doing 130 km/hr in the rain, no hydroplaning at all. I also past a police pig doing 200 km/hr but before he could pull out to catch me, I was over the hill. He just called ahead and got another pig to pull me in!
