Right now I am running a set of Goodyear Eagle M+S on my Milano. They have about 20000km on them and wear is OK. I find that their performance is only satisfactory but not great. The tire dealers told me that are old technology and I should look for a set of snow tires with the new Ice Compounds. Have you had any experience with the Eagle M+S before? I wonder how they compare to the Ultragrip. I thing I am concerned about is that the ultragrip tread pattern. They seem to resemble those of rain tires (with diagonal channels) rather than traditional snow tire. Appreciate any advice.
