Hi, another 850R (1996) owner here, from Vancouver BC... There are some really good roads for street racing here, both twisty up/downs mountain 2 lanes and long straights. Have anyone tried past 210km? The car surprised me with its stability.... Perhaps I was holding on the the steering wheel pretty tight but I did a couple quick lane changes with no signs of unstability; very interesting. (Note: At that time, I was going along side a boxster (friend's) ... OK... of course 2 different classes... but when full throttle at around 130km/h the boxster quickly shows the -40 horse power disadvantage it has over the 850R... he was doing 4th gear... but the torque was not as strong... However, the boxster will rip me up in the curves & corners BIG time... *sob* I want it!!!
Anyways... I thought about putting on Eagle F-1s... My P-zeros are almost bald... any comments?
